What Is a Project Body Consultation?
The consultation is your opportunity to talk through where you’re at, where you want to go, and what kind of coaching will support you best.
This is not a workout and it’s not a sales pitch. It’s a conversation designed to help you decide—confidently—what your next step should be.
During the consultation, we’ll discuss:
Your training history and experience level
Current goals (strength, confidence, body composition, performance)
Past injuries, limitations, or concerns
Schedule, lifestyle, and stress factors
Whether in-person or virtual coaching is the right fit
who this is for
You want a personalized approach, not a generic program
You’re new to strength training and want guidance
You’ve trained before but feel stuck or inconsistent
You want accountability without pressure or extremes
You’re interested in in-person training or upcoming virtual coaching
You don’t need to be “in shape” to book a consultation. You just need to be ready to start your project.
