TERMS OF SERVICE & FULFILLMENT POLICY

Welcome to Project Body. By purchasing or participating in any services offered by Project Body, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a positive experience for all clients.

1. Services Offered

Project Body provides personalized fitness coaching services, including but not limited to:

  • In-person personal training

  • Virtual training and online coaching

  • Fitness programming and habit support

All services are delivered by appointment or through digital platforms as applicable.

2. Billing & Payment Terms

All coaching services operate on a recurring four-week billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments are automatically charged every four weeks

  • Billing continues until services are canceled by the client

  • Clients are responsible for maintaining valid payment information

Pricing may vary based on service type and session frequency and is communicated prior to enrollment.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services at any time.

  • To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the next scheduled billing date

  • Once a billing cycle has begun, services for that cycle remain active and non-refundable unless otherwise stated below

There are no long-term contracts or required minimum commitments.

4. Refund Policy & Satisfaction Guarantee

Project Body is built on trust and long-term relationships—not locked-in contracts.

If a client decides within their first four weeks of service that coaching is not the right fit, they may request a full refund for that initial billing cycle.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@projectbody.co.

After the initial four-week period, services are non-refundable, but clients may cancel at any time in accordance with the cancellation policy.

5. Session Scheduling & Attendance (In-Person Training)

  • Training sessions are scheduled by appointment only

  • Clients are responsible for arriving on time to scheduled sessions

  • Missed or late-canceled sessions may be forfeited at the discretion of Project Body

Specific session policies may be discussed during onboarding to ensure mutual understanding.

6. Virtual Training & Digital Delivery

Virtual training programs are delivered through digital platforms and the Project Body app.

  • Program access and updates are provided during active billing cycles

  • Clients are responsible for having reliable internet access and appropriate equipment

  • Coaching support and response times may vary based on the selected virtual coaching tier

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate health and personal information

  • Communicate injuries, limitations, or concerns promptly

  • Participate in training at their own pace and comfort level

  • Follow coaching guidance to the best of their ability

Project Body does not guarantee specific outcomes, as results depend on consistency, effort, and individual factors.

8. Health Disclaimer

Clients should consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any fitness program.

By participating in Project Body services, clients acknowledge that physical activity carries inherent risks and agree to assume responsibility for their participation.

9. Intellectual Property

All training materials, programs, videos, and content provided by Project Body are for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

10. Changes to Services or Policies

Project Body reserves the right to update services, pricing, or policies as needed. Any changes will be communicated clearly and applied fairly.

Continued participation in services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
